When you have a Transaction Coordinator working behind the scenes, you can rest assured every tiny detail is being handled - the emails, deadlines, addendums, signatures…all of it, allowing you to truly focus your time on taking your business to the next level.

My agents know they can trust me as if their client was my client. As a previous agent, I know how important it is to take special care of your clients. Purchasing real estate is often one of the biggest purchases someone makes, and that’s not to be taken lightly.

 

My agents know with me they have someone who will be attentive to their clients’ needs, ready to field questions and emails from lenders and attorneys, schedule inspections and make sure all documents are in compliance and all deadlines are met (and pretty much anything else that needs to be done to make it happen).

Hey! I'm Stacy

...a wife, mom, licensed agent, and now your Transaction Coordinator (a.k.a. your new best friend)!

 

I fell in love with real estate way back in 1998 when my husband and I were shopping for our first home. Fast forward to today, and I've bought and sold multiple properties, managed rental properties, and worked hard to get my SC real estate license along the way.

 

I love all the wonderful people I have gotten to meet as an agent and the joy of helping buyers and sellers, but what I've learned that I love more than being out in the field is the back-end of the deals. I love the relationships that are built with those working behind the scenes to orchestrate all the unique pieces of each deal. Everyone puts in a lot of effort to make it to the closing table and it's so gratifying to see it all come together!

My job is to get to know how you operate, take the reins after you have a signed contract, and work behind the scenes to make your job smooth sailing all the way to post-closing compliance.

I'm here to free you up by taking the reigns of your transaction, handling all the behind-the-scenes details like:

  • ​verify escrow has been opened, send welcome emails and copies of all signed documents​

​

  • schedule inspections, make sure appraisal has been ordered and comes back at value

​

  • ​stay connected with all parties to make sure all deadlines are met and everyone is on the same page

​

  • ​send out any addendums, make sure deadlines are fulfilled, repairs complete, and all invoices collected​

​

  • ensure attorney and lender have all documents needed for closing, and your client knows what to expect at closing​

​

  • and pretty much any other hoops that need to be jumped through to get your client to the closing table!

I want you to feel confident and stress-free when you're working with me, so here are a few extra things to know...

1. I am a licensed agent and keep my license active to stay up-to-date on all regulations so I can better assist my clients, but my license is in referral status, so I am not a competing agent.

​

2. I take my work very seriously and want you confident of my loyalty to you.  I will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement with you because I want you to feel confident that I am not in the business of giving away personal information. I also have my own E+O Insurance to give you added security.

​

3. You only pay me after the deal is closed. I have skin in the game too - if you don't get paid, neither do I! 

​

4. My office hours are M-F 9am-5pm. I am closed on nights and weekends, but if you have an urgent need, send me a text and I'll be glad to help you if I'm available.

With me as your TC, you can expect me to...

  • be very responsive. I try to respond right away, but you can bet I’ll respond within an hour during office hours.  

 

  • work how you need most (I customize how I work to your personality - want me to take the reigns and run with the file, I’m on it! Want to have your hand in every detail and know what’s going on at all times, that works for me too!) I know each agent is different, and I strive to honor those differences and preferences. I’m a mom of 4 daughters, so adapting to change is 2nd nature to me.​​
